Love that he was able to come out on a farm/ranch call on a SUNDAY! He was very helpful and humorous. He was the first vet I’ve ever seen show up to preg cows using an actual ultrasound. Very cool! It was nice he was willing to check out any other animals at the same time he was out, that wasn’t scheduled(and that he was able to get us in his schedule so last minute and was kind about it.) He did a great job and I do recommend him!

We’ve had to use their emergency after hours services twice now on top of regular visits. All I can say is that I am so thankful we have this team of vets here in Ely. From walking in the door and being greeted by the office staff to the aftercare support they provide, wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else and so happy we don’t have to travel out of town anymore.

The entire staff here is fantastic! I have a very anxious rescue, Prudence, and was so happy to see the vet knew exactly how to approach her without frightening her. They were even kind enough to squeeze us in for our other dog's vaccinations despite not having an appointment.

I had my Nubian/lamancha goat scheduled for castration, I was trying to load him and he attacked me. I left a message with Strp Toe, that I wouldn’t make my appointment because Warrior had attacked me. I got a cal back from Doc, and they helped me get him there and back. I am very appreciative to this Vet Clinic. They’re dang good people . Thank You Step Toe Veterinary Clinic for amazing service ! The staff and Vet Doctor at Steptoe were awsome with my dog Jueta. Very informative in explaining the vaccines and care she needed. I highly recommend 👌
