Starmark Animal Behavior Center

We picked up a happy and healthy dog after 6 nights of platinum boarding. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and experience of the kennel techs. The kennels were spacious and my dog was able to keep her own silicon toy with her for comfort. We did do a few days of daycare beforehand per Starmark’s suggestion and feel it really helped prepare our nervous dog for the new-to-us facility. We will be using them again!

Cameron is excellent trainer. Dog learned really good e collar skills. This program only works if you use the take home packet provided and follow up and reinforce with your own training.

Cameron is an amazing trainer! She not only correct my dog’s behavior but also taught me how to be a better dog owner. Highly recommend!

Onyx and I went on our first walk this morning. We encountered humans, dogs, cars and bicycles. He reacted only a little to 2 cars that went by, but quickly corrected himself and came back to focus on me. I cannot thank you enough for how enjoyable this first walk was with him. We talked, and practiced his sitting and down podition, we practiced thst every time I stop he would sit and look at me. So as hard as it was not to see him for 6 weeks. It was absolutely worth it. Jordan took our rescue dog that was so reactive going for walks were nearly impossible. He was struck by a car before we got him, I desperately wanted him to stop chasing cars so that he doesn't get hurt again. I look forward to our walks now. Thank you so very much. After my surgery last year, I could not take care of or play with our 9 month old pitty rescue. The only chance I had of recuperating successfully was to have her boarded for at least 3 weeks and trained during that time. After doing an initial counseltation with a trainer there, we decided to board her and get her trained for 6 weeks so we could add a vacation on after my healing - and have more stability for Lainey, too. Justine, Lainey's Trainer, was wonderful! She explained everything to us (made sure we felt comfortable with the commands before we took her home) and emailed with us after we brought her home - and did a follow up session with us as well. If we lived closer to Hutto, we would have taken her back at least a couple more times for some weekend socialization. Nine mo
