Great service, caring and kind. I especially appreciate that they’ve ever guilted me into pursuing extraordinary measures regardless of cost. They’ve been especially compassionate in their palliative care of my elderly cats.
Disgusting!!! Horrible customer service!! Told me I had 24 hours to make a payment for an emergency appointment for my dog who is in so much pain..When I called back 13 hours later to pay that bill the woman I spoke to was so rude so disgusting!! She spoke over me and didnt let me even finish a sentence. She kept saying " well im not the one you spoke too "" and she was like a robot telling me that there was no more appointments. SHE TRULY DIDNT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT MY DOG!!! SHE WAS RUDE AND MEAN...Take your dog somewhere eles where they actually care about your pet and not the money...
Took my baby Shih Tzu in for her second set of shots. Staff was really kind and knowledgeable.
