I’ve thought a lot about this review before posting and wanted to do some research to make sure I’m being fair in giving a 1 star rating. The reason for my rating is I just don’t agree with their hidden pricing tactics. I don’t thinks it’s ethical. I had both of my dogs spayed and neutered here and both times I paid almost double what I was quoted. I know they give you a “starting price” which is weird to begin with. Just be fair and straightforward with what you’re going to charge. Instead you get a statement with $150 for extra time and supplies. For what?! A healthy 4 year old 11lb dog being spayed but couldn’t say what the extra charges were for. I called other vets to see how they do their pricing to make sure it’s not just a me problem. Out of the vets in Tooele I still think this is the best choice BUT with that being said don’t call yourself an animal HOSPITAL if you can’t make an room for emergencies especially for animals that have been coming to see you for YEARS. I needed to bring my cat in that I have brought to see you every few months for at least 5 years and JUST got blood work done a few months ago with you that I don’t understand how you weren’t able to catch the problems he was having before it became an emergency and was told you couldn’t see him for WEEKS and that I should just go take him somewhere in Salt Lake. And when I did I learned of an alternative to his shots like I have been asking for for years so now I feel like you just wanted to put my cats health at risk so you could just keep making money. W

I never give bad reviews, I usually just don't review if it was not good. But this was probably the worst treatment we've ever had from anywhere, especially by a doctor. My dog had an appointment to come in for something routine, but she got extremely sick a few days before and they couldn't get us in, but thankfully we already had an appointment in two days, so we just decided to wait for that appointment. We weren't aware they had a policy about only bringing an animal in for what you stated in the first place, so we brought her in. According to their policy it's not allowed to bring your dog in for something other than what you originally specified. So we had our sick dog that we literally had to carry inside, on the table and he was upset with us for bringing her in for something other

I board my very anxious boxer here. They are always happy to see my dog, she's well cared for and happy when I come pick her up. They give treats I send with her and they play with her, and she loves them.

Dr Brian and his staff take excellent care of my new GSD puppy. I appreciate all of them.
