St Johns Animal Clinic

I brought in my cat this week to have a ruptured abscess checked out and cleaned, it was both of our first times visiting the clinic. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and the veterinarians/techs handled my boy with care. They were very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue, and were happy to answer all of the questions I had about it. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and felt that the price of the services provided was more than reasonable. I’ll definitely be bringing my kitty back the next time he needs any medical care.

Terrible service, grossly incompetent, and overrated. We took our cat there because he had been acting strange, all of a sudden, defecating in places he never had, always used his litter box, being mean to our other cat, hissing, and hiding from us. He was diagnosed with fleas (an indoor cat since birth, does not go outside) and they told us to take care of the flea problem, then bring him back to address other concerns. It's like they didn't listen to what they were being told about his symptoms. Had to take him back a week later, they wanted a urine sample, so we left him in their care, they then called and said he was being irate and wanted us to come get him and bring him back yet another time! They were going to send him home with a pain/stress reliever that they wanted us to give him

Staff is hard working and always show their caring for everyone’s pets. All the doctors are very knowledgeable and will recommend the very best for your pets needs. They are also willing to work with one’s budget if people are willing to let them know what that is. I would highly recommend going to this clinic.

Appointment was easily made with the facility. The technician and Veterinarian were very accommodating as my two dogs are rather large (86 and 144 lbs) and very anxious and hyperactive. I was glad to be able to use the side door (near parking space #6) for entrance to exam room #5. Note to all! Be sure to read the “Cost of Services” portion the Clinic’s website.
