St. George Hunt Memorial Veterinary Hospital

My dog had her annual wellness check up. The tech and the doctor were both very thorough and very patient with my pup. She was due for several shots so we decided it best to break it up into two visits. I was very pleased with the visit. They had just moved into their new facilities, which are very nice and clean and fresh.

I have been a client of St. George Hunt Memorial Veterinary Hospital for over 30 years. While it isn't the same mom and pop clinic it once was, the care that my dogs receive is excellent. The staff are all amazing. On my most recent visit, I was able to get a Saturday appointment for a sick visit with Dr. Horrocks who we love! She is both super sweet and is excellent with her handling of my very fearful dog.

My new puppy had an excellent first visit at St George Hunt Veterinary Clinic. Lily signed us in and was so welcoming. Sam, the assistant and Dr Motley, the vet, were both gentle with the puppy and knowledgeable, preparing me to be a good puppy parent. We are lucky to have the best vets!

I followed our vet from another hospital. Vet is great, prices here are way too high. Not sure I will return.

My pup was seen at this practice for his first appointment with a covering doctor, as we were hoping to transition his primary care here. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the experience. The covering doctor was not a permanent staff member but rather “providing relief,” and the appointment left us with more questions than answers. Our dog was subjected to unnecessary stress when his blood pressure was attempted twice with two different devices, both unsuccessful. We came in with two concerns—neither was resolved. Additionally, a third, unexpected issue became the main focus of the visit and the majority of our bill. After researching the prescribed medication at home, we were not confident it was the best course of action. Overall, we spent nearly $300, left without clarity, and
