It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are for the outstanding care we’ve received over the years from the amazing team at St. David’s Vet. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy Bubba. He came in every month for his arthritis medicine and was always such a calm, brave boy. He never seemed scared and actually looked forward to his visits, staying the chillest cat both in the car and at the office. Bubba was truly cherished by the staff, who always lit up when they saw him and affectionately nicknamed him Bubba Man. Thanks to their incredible care, we were blessed with several extra years with him before his illness progressed. I would hope all vets become a vet for the love of animals. Unfortunately in this case I think it’s love of their pocket books. I’m a consumer I love to spend money especially for my puppies. I’m the first to recognize if there might be something health wise wrong with my babies. Willows last visit was $165 cost for a 6 min visit. Which I’m unsure how you could possibly come to a conclusion in that short of a time frame. I believe the area brings in customers which will pay her higher rates. She mentioned she has no issues with clients paying her rates. Basically taking advantage of the more prestigious area. That is in no way a license to steal. I’m hoping buyers beware. Dr Hall and her team are absolutely spectacular! Dr Hall cared for my beloved dog Jack from when he was a puppy, until he passed (at nearly 17). This clinic has always been extremely fair, showing the most compassion. Thank you for everything you did for Jack and his family 🩷

The amazing team of professionals at St. David’s vet clinic are second to none! For 10 years our sweet boy Thunder was a patient. He had his first puppy check up with Dr. Stephanie and it was Dr. Stephanie that held his paw and supported us as he crossed the rainbow bridge. Even for the 2 years that we lived 15 hours north of Niagara, we drove down here for appointments and procedures so he would be in great hands. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic and the awesome staff. Always went above and beyond. That kind of professionalism, kindness, compassion, integrity and patience can’t be faked. This group genuinely loves animals and treats every single pet like they would their own. Thank you for all you do
