My miniature Horse couldn't get up. The vet came and told me all I had to do to make her better so I took his advice right away and my horse is back in good standing.

I love Dr. Joe, he has been caring for our horse for many years. Prices are reasonable. He is kind and compassionate. I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my horse! 🙂

I wish I could give them zero stars. My horse was having some health issues that were unresolved but I was working on treating. I was visited with the plan to get vaccines and talking about her condition and we decided to draw blood instead of getting the vaccines on April 20th. I drove the blood to their office that day in order to get results quickly. By the following Wednesday I had not heard from them so I called in the morning and was informed that the bloodwork results were in but I needed a vet to read me the results. I was told that Dr. Joe would call me by the end of the day. He did not. When I called the next morning I was told he would call me by the end of the day. He once again did not. I called again at the end of the day and was told I would get a call. I did not. On Friday

Dr. Joe was excellent and helpful with my horses issues. Every time I call everyone is super friendly and helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. I called on a Wednesday afternoon about my cow. No answer. Got a call back an hour and a half later telling me the vet would give me a call when they were in route. Never got a call the rest of the night. The next day I waited all day still no call. I called at 2 in the afternoon on Thursday and they said someone will call later in the day. At this point I had a sick goat as well and this was urgent so I said okay and waited for the call later on Thursday. The vet never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t gonna be able to make it. Now it’s Friday with still no call or service. Completely unreliable. My goat sadly passed away. He could have been taken care of if the vet came when they said they would. They are in no rush to help save your anima
