Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic

I came to Spring Hill 2 years ago and the service was great. Everyone was nice, including the receptionist. I came back here because I had a good experience my first time coming when I brought one of my birds to be seen. If I could take back bringing my other bird here I definitely would have brought her elsewhere. I was told by the vet my bird definitely had an egg inside and she was not egg bound. She examined her and prescribed medication that was supposed to help with laying her egg. I was told by both the vet and one of the technicians that they would call Monday to check in to see how my finch was. The vet had said she would be there Monday and if my finch did not get better she would need an X-ray. I believed she had my finches best interest and actually cared but I guess not. Fast

We are so very grateful our family found springhill vet! They are family owned and truly care about your pets!! We had a scary thing happen with a new pup and they were so patient with us, kind, caring and really turned things around! Their care is outstanding! But it’s the family aspect of the group that we love! Very special place and our dogs love going!

I’ve had my dog at this vet since moving to the area abt 3 yrs ago. Up u til the last visit, I would say, I was pleased. My last visit, my dog wasn’t feeling well, no appetite, listless and tired , concerned with ears. They did get her in, talked my husband into running tests, that I do not feel were necessary for what probably was an ear infection and is what she was prone to. Prescribed medicine and when I called to see if they had cleaned her ears, while there, they said they didn’t have time. How long does it take to clean 2 ears? I don’t feel comfortable bringing my animal there any longer, when it feels more like the money is more important. :(

We began going to Springhill 3 years ago. We have always been treated with kindness and compassion. This week our beloved 13+ year old lost her battle with Pancreatitis. The empathy shown by the entire staff helped us bear this tragedy. Drs Orsi and Goetz were exceptional as were Maria, Karen, John,Joe and especially Jeremy. I can’t thank them enough for being there with us through this journey! ❤️

I want to thank everyone there for always taking such good care of Outlaw Josey Wales aka Buckeye. We travel 30 miles for his I visits because it is well worth it. We really appreciate all of your staff.
