Our regular veterinarian is closed on Mondays, so on a friend’s recommendation I called Spring Hill Animal Hospital after noticing an issue with my nursing dog. They were able to get us in quickly, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. Dr. Looper was compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to both address my concerns and explain clearly how to best help my dog. The staff was warm and attentive, and my dog was treated with genuine care. I left feeling reassured and confident in the treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Looper and Spring Hill Animal Hospital, and am even considering making the switch to their practice.

Dr. Kotinek is amazing and very thorough in her diagnoses. Staff is friendly and kind. If I hadn't moved, I would still be taking my dogs there. A true diamond of a vet practice.

I have tried this place a few times with a few of my different animals. The last one I brought it was the last straw. It was an newly adopted cat that I brought in for their wellness check and they got so caught up on one issue with his teeth and blaming his head shaking on that that they stopped the wellness check and wanting so much money to take care of the teeth issue that they missed ear mites. I took him to get a second opinion somewhere else and got it taken care of. Then the cost of spay/neuter is just simply outrages. One of the highest places I have compared and looked at in the area. Hyper focus on doom without doing a thorough job plus being expensive has caused trouble and lost my business.
