Spoiled Rotten Pet Spa

I took my 3yr old Havenese for grooming. I asked for a short haircut, teddy bear style. He was there 5 hours, they did not ask for a vaccine record like every single other groomer has in the past. When they called to say he was done they asked if he had an eye problem. He was scratching his face, but not squinting. I believed his hair was in his eyes. When I picked him up, he could not open his left eye. I was told NOT to take him to the vet, he needs an eye doctor. It got worse as the night went on… he was uncomfortable and shaking and not opening his left eye at all. I got him to the vet the next morning only to find out that his left eye had been scratched! He is now on antibiotics. They scratched his eye, a very large scratch! I do not recommend taking your fur babies to this place who

At first my experience was ok.. not great with the timing. Always kind of a free for all as far as when your dog will be ready. You never really knew. Then recently, my dog was there from 10:30 (my appointment time) till 4:30!! He missed two meals waiting to be groomed. I was getting worried so I stopped by and he was wandering around the shop with wet hair, while another dog was being cut! Insane!! The girls had no time management skills and never even apologized. Just said she had a busy day! Awful experience. Don’t recommend.

We have always had a good experience bringing our golden doodle here. Prices are very reasonable and groomer is knowledgeable and communicates well.

Kelly is great. We take our dog there for boarding and grooming. She hasn't done well at other places, but she loves it there at Spoiled Rotten Pets.

Went to look at it very my dog for when we go in vacation. Very nuce place tge staff was nice
