The first visit, my dog looked great. I picked her up the second time and she appeared terrified. So the third grooming, I went in. It is very unclean in the building. There is years of animal hair strewn all over in the ceiling, everywhere. There are bird feces on the wall to which Bobbi jo admits she let a bird in and never cleaned it. On the third visit, my dog was terrified and Bobbi jo grabbed her aggressively and told me her pets “know better” than to behave that way. She yelled at my dog with me standing there. I can only imagine what happened when I was not there. I have an older rescue dog from the Lancaster area that struggles with grooming. This is the place to go if you want cheap and a clean groom. But if you want your pet treated with kindness and respect go somewhere else. I

i went to bobbyjo, because she was recommended by someone i trust. I was looking for a new groomer, because the last groomer hit my dog. severely. Bobbyjo says and i quote "a little hitting is ok"
