My first time getting a professional cut for my long-hair chihuahua. We had a great experience from intake to our first meeting to make sure the staff understood my boy and they went above and beyond to cater to his needs and delivered an exceptional groom. We were treated kindly and even gave me some tips to help care for his hair maintenance at home. We will definitely be back!

She goes above and beyond to make my dog look amazing whether it's just a bath or a full haircut. She even was able to get my dog in for an unscheduled bath appointment very quickly one time when I asked. I can't say enough good things about her and the grooming services! I recently took my puppy to Alissa for grooming and unfortunately left feeling scammed and disrespected. Their website says to text for consultations for puppies, as they require more attention, which made me feel more comfortable and confident in their ability to handle young dogs. I texted and received a very brief phone call before scheduling. When I dropped my puppy off, the interaction was again quick and impersonal. The appointment was supposed to include a full bath, haircut, and nail trim. Less than an hour later, Alissa called to say my puppy was too high anxiety and trying to jump off the table, so she wouldn’t do the trim.
