Really nice place to get your dog clean. I ordered full package with, brushing, cleaning and dry blowing. My main concern was that my dog is shedding a lot! I tried few places around and so far this place did a fantastic job! No fur falling from him at all! Super fast and efficient. I did read reviews before I got there and called to schedule an appointment in advanced and right before my appointment called them to check. Staff were friendly and took my notes about my dog carefully. He can’t jump and has hip pain so groomer was extra careful with him. Highly recommend 🔆

Woman was extremely rude when I spoke with her. I told her my dog has anxiety and asked if I could be nearby while services are done. Her answer was unnecessarily rude. Not a great way to treat a first time customer and i will gladly take my business elsewhere!

I highly recommend this groomer! My Dad and I bring our German Shepherds here semi-regularly and the results are always great. My dog has black nails which can be intimidating for a groomer, but not these groomers, they alway cut her nails so precisely! After the dogs are groomed, they don't shed for 2-3 days and they smell great! Their services are reasonably priced and it's fairly easy to get an appointment next-day and sometimes same-day. I don't prefer my dogs to wait in a cage to be groomed so I always make sure to call the same-day before I leave the house if there's a wait time, and they will adjust my appt if needed! Always the best place for my furry babies, Precious and Molly ;) !!! Clean, friendly, professional and very essential ;) !!!! 12+ yrs and still counting 😉. Even when my Precious, gets grumpy ... they know how to gently handle and their summer cuts are perfect !!! Luv this place for my little ones!!

I honestly can’t believe how people are still trusting this store with their dogs. If you don’t know how to properly groom a dog, maybe you should stop working there and stick to trimming grass at the park. I have no idea why you thought it was okay to shave my dog’s backside like that — it looks terrible. The store itself is filthy, and the customer service is awful. Show some respect — your customers are standing right there behind the glass watching you work. And seriously, who eats food while washing a dog? It was unbelievable — my poor dog was craving while the groomer was snacking. My dog ended up having a panic attack for the rest of the day the way that they groomed my dog. It seems like the ownership has changed recently, and these new people clearly don’t care about the animals o
