We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kelley and her entire team at SCAN in Naples. When we brought our sweet Frenchie, Lil Edith, in, we were so scared and unsure of what was wrong. From the very beginning, the staff was compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. In just one day, they were able to perform an MRI, administer a steroid, and send Edith home the very same day. The results were nothing short of amazing — by that evening, she was already walking around, and since the appointment she has been playing, happy, and back to being her joyful Frenchie self. We absolutely love SCAN and all their staff! We have been taking our standard poodle Tiny (Myles) here since February as he started having seizures. We have seen Dr Pancatto and Dr Carnes and both are amazing and take their time with him and listen to our concerns as he’s a little special boy being a parvo survivor as a puppy. They’ve helped get his seizures pretty well under control and we are very thankful for this facility <3

The Naples SCAN office is a professional team of caring people devoted to helping beloved animals and their worried owners through sometimes difficult circumstances that may require painful decisions. The empathy is real, the answers to hard questions are direct and understandable, and the owner is included in every step of the process. Communication is easy; responses are prompt and informative. Dr. Pancotto and her team are very special providers of exemplary medical care.

I just have to say this place is amazing! Warning - this review might get long but it’s worth it! My beloved dachshund, Jack, who is the light of my life suddenly came down with symptoms of IVDD in early May. I took him to his primary vet who referred me to SCAN in Clearwater. Dr. Cook at the Clearwater location was amazing and so kind. He told me he probably needed surgery but I wanted to try alternative methods first. Literally called my vet the day that Jack needed surgery on his day OFF to discuss my dogs prognosis. I did try alternative methods but after 3 days my dog was fully “down” and unable to walk at all and had to do the surgery. Unfortunately this was on the weekend in which Clearwater location was closed. I had to take my baby to the Naples location. Big shoutout to DR. KELLE

From the moment we met Dr. Kelley, I knew my cat was in the best hands possible. Her passion for veterinary neurology is evident, and her explanations were clear and compassionate. She was upfront and honest and helped me have realistic expectations. My cat had a very large brain tumor, and her situation was critical. But two months ago, Dr. Kelley saved her life. It still brings me to tears, the joy of getting to have my cat back home with me, when I didn’t know if I would. I also want to say how amazing the staff is too.
