Easy scheduling, easy drop off and pick up. Rachael did an amazing job with my puppy. I was nervous bc it was my dogs first time but Rachael took time to get her used to everything and the results are beautiful. Big thank you to you Rachael.

Rachael at Special Care Grooming is amazing with my Mini Bernedoodle rescue! She only takes one dog at a time, giving him her full attention and so much love. He always comes out looking like a teddy bear, and people stop us everywhere to compliment his groom. Best of all, he’s actually happy to go, which shows how safe and cared for he feels with her. I can not express how thankful I am to have found Rachael. I had already been taking my 2 dogs to her when I decided to adopt a 3lbs Maltese from a puppy mill situation (she was one of 408) in Oklahoma. She was traumatized and I knew this girl needed a groom to help her feel her best. I didn't even hesitate to contact Rachael, literally as we boarded the plane home. We had to wait 10 days due to her having just been spayed, but as soon as she could we got her in. She was still decompressing and learning what freedom was like so I sent her big sis for some support but she immediately just took to Rachael and did so well at her first groom. We are so glad we found Rachael for our dog who is anxious about grooming, especially her paws and face.
