Rescued my baby Tiko (previously known as Kahn) a couple of months ago, and he is the best little buddy I could ask for. The team is SUPER nice and cares about the animals a lot, and I’ve been back a couple times since to pet the cats. Shoutout to Liz, she’s so patient and kind with the cats, you can tell she takes the time to play with and socialize with the shy ones. We’ll see if Tiko wants a buddy; this is the first place I’d go to get him one. Thanks SPCA Sharonville!
We got our pit bull, Finn, here in 2013, I was in 3rd grade when we first got him. He was returned several times by previous owners and unknowingly to us, he was supposed to be put down a few hours after we adopted him. He came with our family from Ohio, to Pennsylvania, to Massachusetts, to Texas, and finally to college with my sister and me in Oklahoma. While wild and anxious at first, he grew into a very good boy and a integral part of our family. I’m a junior in college now, and Finn very rapidly developed an aggressive tumor. He made the best of his second chance at life, living to an old age of around 15. Thank you.
What a wonderful experience and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We found the perfect pup and we're happy to welcome Casey to our family :-)
They do a great job with helping you throught the adoption process and with meeting the pups! I alread had a dog so they also helped me with introducing them before taking her home. Got the best dog from them and also veterans get their dogs for free from them which is very sweet.
THEY ARE A NO KILL SURRENDER AND ADOPTION SITE; FOREVER HOMES for my furbabies. I was evicted and could not rehome them myself in the time alotted; I called every agency and association on the list I was given at the library. SPCA took histories of my little ones and their paperwork, behaviors, food habits, diet, quirks, and promised monthly vet exams, quality food and behavioral exams, to microchip them, and to continue loving them up on their way to being placed in their forever homes. They follow up on the adoption after the fact to ensure that all is going well. They work on training animals and their new owners. They work with neighboring agencies and programs to facilitate reaching more forever homes. Lastly, at the time of this posting, they have been having a lot of people ado
