It was a great visit. And fast (once they called him back to see the vet). They gave my doggy a rabies shot ($15) and 1/2 of a distemper one ($30 for the today's half, and I have to come back in 3 weeks and pay $30 for the other half). They also cut his nails ($22), which I was very happy with the price, but I was disappointed that they don't smooth them out like Petco or SmartPet does. But all in all I loved it! They were great with both me and my baby, and the waiting room is clean & very spacious so you don't have to have your animals close to other animals. 👍😊

We got our female cat, sam, and female dog, stella, spayed yesterday morning, I've been going here for all spays any animal I've owned has needed, and I've never been disappointed. They treat the animals like they are their own, and they even trimmed my female dogs nails, which were longer right now because she hates her paws to be touched, and I couldn't find our drimmle, that was a blessing that they did that for us. They were great at communicating when needed, and incredibly friendly. Will absolutely continue to bring my animals to this incredible facility 🤍 the volunteer work they do is beyond a blessing for this community!

A nice place full of sweet little and big furry and fuzzy babies. Staff was kind, professional, helpful, and nice. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. We showed up about 15 minutes before they closed not realizing how far away they were from our house in New ellenton but they didn't make us feel bad about coming in right before close. I've never been to the one on Willow Run because I never knew it was there but I'll definitely be going back there again.

I used to come here for years before moving out of state and recently moved back to the area. Brought my senior pup in to be seen. Love this organization and how they make care affordable for pet owners. just a few things that bothered me since moving back: 1. No more Saturday hours. Most people work. And their hours are 1-4pm Monday-Friday. 2. I was told my pup couldn’t be seen because there are dogs in the back sedated. 🫠 I’m not a vet tech but to the common person this personally did not make sense to me as to why me and my pup were rejected for care. I also cannot vouch for the other owners who were in the clinic with their pups and what they needed to be seen for. But there were owners in with their animals waiting to be seen it appears. The lady was kind enough to provide an alte

I've been going here for years to have my pets spayed and neutered never had a problem. I went in Wednesday morning to have my poor little dude neutered. The lady that was taking the dogs back immediately started being short and rude to me. I apologized several times and explained my dog has extensive anxiety and he was very scared. She was not kind to my dog dragging him and choking him with the slip lead I could hear her screaming at him in the back all the way in the waiting room. I really wish I would have grabbed my dog and walked out. It absolutely breaks my heart knowing he was treated like that and traumatized. I'm not sure what she had against me or my dog cause she was very kind to the other people and pets. The rudeness even continued when we came to pick him up. Walking pass me
