Today I went to see the vet because my cat was sick. They took me in on short notice and they are the most caring staff I've ever interacted with. They put my mind at ease and were so kind to my cat 😺

Took our cat to get neutered, was very happy with this institution. Very good staff, helpful, and very informative of the situation. Price was very affordable.

You can tell that everyone working here is 1000% there to save lives and help us humans who may be struggling to do the right thing for our pets. There were soooo many people there to get their pets fixed, and the whole time, I just kept thinking, "Wow, they've got to be saving millions of pets here. Just the amount of kittens that won't be brought into an unforgiving world is insane!" As someone who's had the economy hit hard recently, I was extremely worried about my ability to properly care for my dog. My vet quoted me $500-600 for a spay. I was panicking. Thank you so so soooo much for everything you do, SNN! Spay Neuter Save is an organization I have previously held in the highest regard. I want to believe that they truly care about helping the community — I even drove 40-45 minutes each way to bring donations when they needed them. That is why what happened to me is so disappointing. On July 23rd, I became a client for the first time. I brought one of my own cats and a rescue cat for spay surgery and testing. While my personal cat was well cared for (Dr. Brian was wonderful), the rescue cat was left at the clinic for over 8 hours with no procedures done. Worse, she was given no food, water, or bathroom breaks and soiled herself on the way home. I called multiple times to check on her status but received no answers until late in the day.
