Spanish Springs Grooming

Wow I've never been spoken to more rudely. I called simply asking if they've had any cancelations as Im hoping to get my pomeranian in. I said politely I know you're busy ill take the next opening and She snapped back with "apparently its all about him" . Disgusting what customer service has turned into I will find a new groomer After listening to the voicemail on the review underneath mine, I can tell it was the same lady that I spoke with. Rude and unprofessional too bad I don't have my phone call recorded also she can't lie and deny how disgustingly rude she is.

Been a customer for quite a few years now and usually they do an alright job. They use a weird unorganized paper system with all their dogs though and they don’t pay attention to what card they grab. Multiple times they have called other people to come get MY dog. They used to tell me it’s cause they have multiple dogs with the same first and last name as mine. I have sense put that dog down and have a new dog with a different name and the same thing is happening. My dog went yesterday and because they continued to call the wrong person my dog spent at least 45 minutes longer there then needed. Then once I got there they showed me the card they were calling and it’s a completely different breed then my dog that they just groomed. It was a new woman I’ve never seen before that cut her hair

Well, I was just shocked. Ive been bringing my 4 dogs here for 4 years. All was great! I called today to schedule my Bonnie and they told me they canceled me all together because I owed them $4. I have been really ill for the last 4 weeks. Just got out of surgery and home yesterday. Why after 4 years they would think I would not pay them is crazy just didnt like my dogs I guess. Your friendly neighborhood groomer should be just that. Established relationships. I'm sorry that I got sick but they would have gotten the 4 dollars plus more if they took my Bonnie today. So, I'd move on if I were you. We are bot talking $100 here, after 4 years???

We’ve gone here for years on and off with varied success. Sometimes a decent cut, sometimes forgetting to trim nails or other things. However, recently was left this voicemail by someone from here which was unbelievably unprofessional. Mind you, this was within 5 minutes of the first call notifying us our dog was ready. Will never go back. Have a listen for yourself!

First time visiting Spanish springs grooming & will most definitely be back. Super helpful and friendly staff. Asked me to detail exactly how I wanted my terrier/yorkie groomed. Will most definitely be coming back.
