I would give them 6 stars if I could. I had a very unique situation, as I'm visiting FL from PA. My dog jack has a complex cancer case, with one being a nasal tumor. The team here was so flexible to get his blood work done, examine him, and give him an antibiotic for a nasal infection. The receptionists, Allison the tech, and Dr.Monaco we're fantastic. I would highly recommend any and everyone to come here. I am so appreciative of y'all.

My 10 year old Golden Maddy had a growth on her gum that turned out to be an oral cancer. I chose Dr Hall because of his specialty training in dental. He was great both explaining what the growth was and options for treating it. Those were either watch and see how quickly it progressed or do surgery to remove it. I was a bit intimidated by what the surgery would entail but confident of his skill to do it. I am so glad we went ahead with the surgery. Dr Hall and his staff were very compassionate, communicative and she had a great outcome. For as fairly extensive as the removal of tooth and gum with even some bone structure, she did not seem to be in great pain or discomfort. Excellent! I highly recommend this peaceful place with intellectual staff. That support us and our pets. Immediately comforting, accommodating, warm, clearly communicative. The vet, the techs, the reception are exemplary without exception! Time was taken by the Vet herself to explain the circumstances we faced, how to move towards relief, knowing my natural approach, I was greeted with remedies that suited! I will be coming here from here forward, as is necessary. I highly recommend their style of care!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone on your staff. Dr Hall, thank you for the surgery. Everyone was very courteous, polite, and accommodating. Rocco and my family appreciate you all. The procedure done was a root canal and a filling cap on the front canine tooth.
