I have been a client of this clinic since I first became a pet owner, and I must start by praising the clinical staff. The veterinarians and technicians are truly outstanding, professional, and compassionate. I have never had a bad experience with the quality of medical care provided to my animals, and it is their excellence that kept me loyal for so long. ​However, the continued issues with the receptionist has created an unmanageable environment that has regrettably forced me and my entire family to seek a new provider. ​The problem, which appears to be noted in other reviews, centers on consistent rudeness and a severe lack of empathy from the front office. I drive from Powell Mo to see the vets. They are great with my senior and younger dogs. Prices are not sky high compared to other vets I have used for 17 years. Would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic.

The vets are so good with both my dogs who are rescues so they’re not very trusting of people but my Angel and Leo do ok with them. And the price of an office visit is a good price. I drive all the way from Neosho to continue coming here with the dogs

The older lady at front desk NOT the friendliest sort for sure. But the young lady was phenominal. So i guess it was zeroed out. All in All good experience. Great job on my Bella(spayed).
