I’ve been taking my 2 Chinese Crested dogs here for sometime now. My oldest was with me from birth until 19. I’ve never had to put a furry (unfurry) family down. I knew the night before and when I got up my Harley gave me the sign. When I called to tell them it was time. I did not have to wait long at all. On the way there, I talked to Harley and thanked him for showing me how to love animals the way he made me love him, like family. The staff immediately consulted me and took their time with me. They walked us to a private area and explained to us the process but also made sure that we understood to take all the time we needed. Harley’s doctor came in and was genuinely caring. Harley went peacefully and I was happy and In a sense, relieved to see him not suffer because of the quick

I am cautious when taking my Chihuahua to the vet due she is reactive and know will be a task. This place has shown understanding from the initial visit and the was the first to suggest medication, calming tips and just overall education when I was worried. A bonus is they weren’t concerned when spoke of boarding for upcoming vacation. If you are looking for a reliable and kind place, this is a good spot.

I don't think I will go back here. I took my cat to be groomed with a lions cut. He looks good but the problem was they trimmed his claws WAY TOO MUCH! He can't jump into bed with me and its been 2 weeks now ,they should have grown back by now! They should not have done that He cries because he can't get up in bed! They should know not to cut the claws so much! They hurt my baby. I am so very sad to see him cry because he can't get in the bed with me.

I just moved to Nevada from Florida- so completely new to the west coast. I was really hesitant on finding a vet here but decided on Southwest as my first vet to try. The experience walking in was delightful, two separate entrances for cats & dogs which was so cool. My fur babes is reactive with small dogs, so they made sure to separate any animals and were so understanding and accommodating. The staff is amazing and the service was incredible from the moment I walked in! Shari (I think is how you spell it) was soo sweet at the front. Danielle, whom I believe is a vet tech, treated my dog with so much love that my dog felt comfortable to fall asleep. There was also a young gentleman who was so kind as well ( I never got his name). I’m pretty sure that you have a great business. And it’s very nice that you replaced the glass bricks a while back and missing letters on your sign that faces west. It’s probably high time to replace your main one now to give it a more professional look, wouldn’t you agree? If every business in the neighborhood stepped up and fixed a few little things, the neighborhood would look a whole lot better. As a condo owner since 2000 in the Flamingo and Jones area it’s a concern of mine.
