Southside Veterinary Center

I have been using Southside Vet for about three years now, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. They take excellent care of my four dogs and always treat them with genuine kindness and compassion. The staff is not only friendly and professional with pet owners, but also incredibly attentive and caring toward the animals themselves. They are easy to work with, great at following up, and consistently go the extra mile to make sure each pet receives the attention and treatment they need. I highly recommend Southside Vet to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring veterinary team.

Sent my outdoor cat (inherited with a new house) to the vet to get normal routine vet care. I included a note with some questions about the cat's age, whether she'd been fixed, or if she had been chipped by a previous owner. Upon looking at the paperwork after I got my cat home, I saw that no vaccines had been given. They completed an exam, answered my questions and tested her for Feline Leukemia/AIDS. I called back to confirm that they in fact, didn't give her vaccines for some reason. They confirmed and then quoted me $165 to return for vaccinations, on top of the $161 I was charged yesterday. I asked how much it would have cost if they had done the vaccines yesterday, and they stated it would have been no extra charge. I suggested they complete the vaccines at no extra charge now since

Our little AJ was treated with the greatest service. The people there are great.

So far I have no complaints.. they're so friendly and helpful.

Don’t use this place my dog went to Southside vet center his entire life and switched vets and they found stuff Southside should have found and my dog passed away two days ago!
