I cannot thank Dr.Scarrow and his staff enough for the care they have provided to my horses. Recently I have had one incident after another here with my horses and if it wasn’t for Dr. Scarrow’s knowledge and experience I would have a permanently lame, young horse. He was able to do treatments right here on the farm that I was being told by other vets would have to referred out to Va Tech, at a number I could not afford . He also saved my other horses life after having a SEVERE reaction to his normal yearly vaccines , he immediately came back out to me to check him and called me several times up into the night checking on him and again first thing the next morning. I cannot thank him enough! His secretary, Laurie, is phenomenal! As well as his assistant! They make a great team.

Fantastic experience! Snickers got the emergency care she needed within an hour on my farm! Her eye has substantially healed now after she lacerated her right upper eyelid.

Great people. I had to put my horse down a few weeks back, an unfortunate accident. She (Faith) broke her back leg. Doctor Scarrow came out promptly and gave us the bad news. It was an impossible fix and we had no choice but to euthanize her. His assistant, I apologize but I cannot remember her name, took some of her mane and made us a key chain to remember her by. Dr. Scarrow and his staff are wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful in getting appointments arranged and felt very confident in Dr. Scarrows treatment of my horse with a hoof puncture wound and infection. He came out to the farm on Christmas Eve and continued to follow up and ensure we were making progress in healing. I will absolutely use his services in the future with any needs.
