Dr. Jackson is amazing!!! She takes the time to discuss any concerns you have and is very gentle and caring when doing the hardest thing that needs to be done. The vet techs are very friendly and efficient. The ladies in the reception area greet you with wonderful smiles. Their prices are affordable. There is NO other place I would trust my babies to. I highly recommend Southside Animal Hospital. The entire staff are wonderful. Our vet, Ms Landsberg was so caring and attentive to our cat, Benjamin. She really took the time to get to the root cause of his respiratory issues. When the results came back as positive for Feline Herpes and a bacteria infection, she thoroughly went above and beyond to go over the next steps and reassured us about his upcoming care. I felt very cared for and our cat really was quite relaxed in the care of this facility. If you want a long-term relationship with a caring staff for your pets, this is the place I recommend.

Getting in for an appointment was fast. Everyone in office is so friendly and helpful. Also very clean building! Lots of passionate, knowledgeable people very hard at work! Thanks for making my dogs first visit so easy, she was very frightened but they were patient and gentle with her. She left a happy, healthy doggy!! : ) highly recommend

They have been incredible with our working dogs here and phenomenal staff and vets. The boarding facility also looks amazing and we will be using this in the future. These guys are excellent and appointment availability is great and prices are reasonable as well compared to other places we have been. This place genuinely cares about the animals.

i bring my senior dog and our family’s new kitten here, they handled all the initial vaccinations and spay for the kitten. she had an abnormal spay resulting in a larger incision and she still healed beautifully and they made me feel very comfortable in caring for after surgery with their instructions! my dog also enjoys coming here. i’m moving out of the area in December and am truly sad to have to find him a different vet! lovely staff, clean nice building, and the doctors were very open to checking out all my little concerns i had with my dogs health. if you live in crestview i really recommend this facility!!
