They did a great job on our pug, his trim looked great and he was in a great mood afterwards! They also got us in quickly when we called. Will definitely be using their services in the future!

Pro: Close to our house and professional Con: We were disappointed with the level of care provided during our first visit and will not be returning. My wife brought our two dogs in for grooming and provided clear instructions regarding their haircuts, which were not followed. More concerning, one of our dogs sustained a clip injury to the left front axilla. He was limping afterward and yelped when picked up. This injury was not disclosed to us at the time of pickup. We had to take home to the vet and had to have three staples placed to close the wound. Given the poor quality of service and the price charged, we do not feel the care provided was acceptable or reflective of the cost. Southshore is wonderful! It’s family owned, and all the staff are wonderful. No need to worry about which person is assigned to my dog for the appointment! It’s nice to be able to call the groomer and have an employee answer the phone immediately (the little things….) my dog always looks great !!!

Quoted $75 for my 10 month puppy. He’s been groomed before with NO problems. I asked for a puppy cut and asked if they knew what I meant. They stated they did. When I picked him up, they charged me $90. I asked why it was so much more than quoted and they stated, “he was rough”. I asked what that meant and was told “well he’s a puppy.” My previous groomer (WV) told me she was surprised he was so well behaved when she groomed him. I did NOT recognize my dog when I they brought him to me. He was completely shaved. I was heartbroken. I would never recommend this groomer to anyone who cares for their dogs.

We love this place and all the ladies that make it happen. We have four fur babies and the ladies their actually apply love to our babies while grooming them. This is our 5th year with them and we will NOT go anywhere else! Thank you ladies for taking good care of Eli, Lola, Cinnamon and Oreo! They love you all so much! Blessings!
