Took us last minute on a Saturday and treated our fur boy like he was one of their own. He was very sick and they saved his life. They were so kind to him and us they let me go in the cage with him and sit with him as long as I wanted to stay. I just can’t say enough about the people who took care of our fur baby. They even called to check on him after he was able to come home.

I went to put my cat down after eating a lily, which is poisonous to cats. She began to decline rapidly, and I didn't want my cat to suffer. I called this vet and brought her in. The vet said for me to let him work on her over the weekend. This vet cared and didn't want to put my cat down. Five days later my cat came home and she is on the mend. This vet is a true Godsend. And the pricing was reasonable.

Stay away from this place they are very unprofessional ask three times how much for rabies shot$28 they said then they seen a problem with my cat's eyes and started treating it I said I'm just here for rabies then they stopped and put my poor cat through hell just to give her a shot then they said that's $30 two bucks no big deal just a point they even had to click the old man's pen to the writing position because he didn't notice the young girl that works with him is just looking up for the dollars they Don't really Care

Been going here for 6 or 7 years. In the beginning the quality of service was great, but over the last couple years the quality has gone down. Between the vets here trying to push you to get more done than what you asked for. The woman receptionist being incompetent and rude. Leaving you on hold for hours. The vets not calling you to tell you the results of tests you have done that cost $250+. The only way I was able to get the results for my dogs test was by going up there and actually having them give me the results, because when I called up there to check on the results they said they would have to call me and no one ever did. While visiting family from out of state my shih-tzu injured her eye. I called her vet back in CA to see if it could wait until I flew back to CA and they recommended I see a vet asap. I called every place within 20 miles and nobody could take her. Southgate was my last call before I tried expanding my search to Greensboro. They were about to close but said I could bring her right in and they would wait for us. What life savers! They were very knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and friendly. They treated her eye and gave me meds on site for her injury. Great family run vet clinic. Highly recommend them. Be sure to bring cash or check as they don’t accept credit or debit.
