Southern Paw Pet Parlor

They are sweet to our 2 big furry Collie dogs and do a good job! Our dogs used to be very stressed by getting groomed but finally at Southern Paws they're happy! So are we.

I have three dogs that get groomed at Southern Paw Pet Parlor. I have always been very pleased with the way they look when they leave there. I have never had a problem with how I feel they are treated while they are there. I would 100% recommend Southern Paw to everyone. Everyone is always so friendly.

The groomers are so personable. They treat your pets like they were theirs. My dogs love to go there, ready to get in the back. That tells you they like it too! Now, they have upgraded their online reservation system, to make it even easier to schedule. Plus a graph to watch the progress. If your looking for a groomer in the Columbiana area, this is it!

Rachel has groomed my Cavapoo since she was 12 weeks old. She gets so excited to go see Miss Rachel! The place is clean and prices are very reasonable. I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else.

Southern Paw truly cares about the pets they serve and does a wonderful job with the services they provide. My concern is less about the quality of their work and more about the customer experience side. I had a true medical and professional emergency that prevented me from coming into an appointment on 9/29, and unfortunately, the handling of the situation left me feeling a bit unheard. Their reminder system sent the notice on a Saturday 8AM (when they are closed), and there isn’t a clear way to know if leaving a voicemail on the weekend is received in time. I completely understand and respect the need for a “no show” policy, but in this case it didn’t quite feel like a true no show—especially as a loyal client who regularly attends, tips well, and supports the business.
