They didn’t update the vaccine records for my puppy and then gave her the same vaccines on her booster visit. A new tech with no supervision gave it to her in her shoulder. She couldn’t walk for a day and was sore for several. The veteran didn’t care. Now I have to convince the new vet that she’s had all her shots because her records do not reflect it. They are Incompetent people who don’t care about your animal. Their prices are double than other veterinarians.

This place was recommended by a gentleman that had Dr. John in 4-H. 😁 This place was amazing from the time they answered the phone to the time I walked out the door. Dr. Whitesell took his time answering all my questions and never made me feel rushed. In fact, I felt I was taking up too much of his time. I truly felt that not only was my fur baby cared for but I, as the owner, was cared for as well. I have worked in customer service and the office staff can make or break a doctor’s practice, this office staff definitely enhances the amazing care you get from the doctor! This place is phenomenal!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to Dr. Whitesell and his staff for you care today! I appreciate you all!

I love this place and the staff are so friendly. My dog is a high anxiety dog and she doesn't handle high stress situations very well, but the staff here somehow manage to take care of her every time. They make it a positive experience for the animals with loads of love and treats.

we will NEVER use anyone other than him!! he always makes sure our babies are taken care of and their sweet vet techs do the same! entirety of the staff is amazing from the moment you walk in the door jess makes sure you know your baby will be taken care of!
