The doctor and nurses were so wonderful and helpful when Peach tore her claw. They kept me up to date on her procedure and provided exceptional care. Love them!

I am a client for over two years and always have been satisfied with this clinic. Yesterday we had urgent appointment for my dog’s eye infection and they got us very quickly, he was diagnosed and got medication. Today he is doing so much better! Thank you!

I took my mom and her dog to Southcare and had requested days earlier that they get my mom's dogs records from the previous vet So they could review the dogs gallbladder issues. Upon arriving they had not gotten the records. As I sat with my mom waiting to see the vet I called the previous clinic and was able to get those records transferred including x-ray images within minutes. The doctor at SouthCare had not appeared to have gone over them but she spent ample time with us to get a clear understanding of my Mom's dogs needs. They did lab work, blood and urine and prescribed pain and nausea medication. I called to schedule a nail trim for my pooch and they referenced they could not accommodate that appointment unless I also schedule a Well Check. Mind you I go every year to do a well check and update all shots. I said that I will be coming in next summer and that I did a well check but Laurel, practice manager referred to me declining the Well Check last summer even though I came in and got all shots and they checked her ears, breathing and body. So, I'm very confused as to what I am missing but pretty much lost me as a paying customer going forward due the contingency of not wanting to pay $86 in order to pay $27 for a nail cut. This was my first time visiting a vet clinic ever, after adopting my dog, and the staff gave stellar customer service! They made the registration process easy and smooth, the availability of appointment times and dates were great, and they were kind and sweet when dealing with my puppy. I chose them based on other reviews on google, and I have to agree, they were amazing and worth the 4.9 rating they have currently have. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs.
