When my dog got a tick they took him right away and did a blood panel and that was super awesome! My dog needs to be neutered and they quoted about 1,200 for a neutering and my dog had to have some teeth removed. I’m fine with it. I called to schedule a neutering and they told me that they don’t neuter females which I said he was a male and then they said he needs a blood panel which I said he just got his panel at that location. I live in the south valley so I wanted a spot but I’m taking my pup somewhere else
Terrible experience. I went and the old veterinarian didn't want to take care of my dogs paw, he said that my dog needed an X-ray to see if there's was any broken bones that since he needed an operation on his ear that they can do it, so I told him , why can he do it? He said no that they can do it when we go to the clinic for the Operation he didn't want to do it, lazy old man. Plus on top of that they still OWE me $65.00 . Don't take your beloved pets to this veterinarian. They're rude and unprofessional....
When I first went they were very good I love the doctor she is very thorough and pricing is right I like that you only go and everybody is so polite no one is mean I've been there several times and she is my dog's Doctor to this day I would recommend that place to anybody
I tried to make an appointment for my puppy that swallowed something 5 days ago and is just now shipping symptoms of distress. I waited to take him on the advice of another veterinary professional but they refused to even give me an appointment.
Had a good first experience with them when I was fostering 2 stray kittens. Unfortunately, when I brought our new dog in, we had a very bad experience. When I scheduled, I specifically mentioned we adopted from the west side animal shelter, which provided a list of clinics that offer a first time free wellness exam. The employee said that would be acceptable and to just bring the paperwork we were provided to the appointment. When we arrived, I was told that they would not be honoring the free wellness exam and was only offered a discount (with no details) after I expressed my dissatisfaction since I was already told that it was good to go. We agreed and then proceeded to wait a full hour before being seen for the appointment that was scheduled ahead of time. Thankfully another clinic was
