I was referred to South Pines Veterinary Hospital by our pet groomer after discovering that our 13-year-old Yorkie, Brylee, needed a tumor removed. Naturally, I arrived a bit anxious about what to expect. However, from the moment I met Dr. Tucker, my worries began to fade. He calmly explained that it appeared to be a simple day procedure and assured me Brylee would be just fine. The following week, everything went exactly as Dr. Tucker said. Brylee’s surgery was successful, and she’s recovering wonderfully. Not only was the quality of care exceptional, but the cost was also very reasonable. I've been going to see Dr. Tucker for all my dog and horse needs for 7 years. He's the only vet that I'll let touch my animals in the Crockett area. He truly knows what he's talking about and cares for each and every animal.

We really appreciate Dr. Tucker and the staff at South Pine Animal Hospital. They always care and are determined to do what's best for our animals. They are efficient and accommodating to whatever needs you have as well as friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Update 09-10-24: once again the proof why I'll drive an hour to see them. We had to rush our youngest Huck up & unfortunately we had to say goodbye last Thursday. But the staff was incredible to me during my snobs & hyperventilating over the situation that had been happening. I'm always forever grateful to this place on how they not just treat my beloved pets, but us as the owner's. 5 stars is not enough to describe how amazing they truly are. My friend's called up Doc Cory & staff right before close & we rushed him over. I was sold immediately after the care given. 3 months later i had to rush him back for parvo. Needles

Dr. Tucker was amazing with my little Bella. She'd been having seizures (9 in a 13 hr period), and he was able to get them stopped. Unfortunately, she has to be on meds, so maybe the (probable cause) brain tumor won't cause any more. Everyone at South Pine has been wonderful to work with in keeping Bella happy.
