Dr. Hunt and the entire staff made a terrible day a little easier. We had to say good bye to our beloved cat Buddy. It was our first visit to the practice and everyone was very kind from the phone call until we left the office that day. Dr. Hunt is amazing at what she does, it is clear how much she cares for animals, she happens to also be great with us humans too. I was able to get accurate quotes over the phone so I knew what to expect as far as cost. Will definitely return with our other cat & will recommend to family & friends.

Terrible customer service!!!! Called several times left a voicemail- no response, no answer, no call back. Stop by and made an appointment- today is terrible weather before going called again- good luck!!!! Same story again!!!! I was so disappointed and angry…… How you can give your best friend life ( pets) to this persons???? Just a manager of clinic was kid. Never back- SAVE your Baby 🙈

I've been bringing my dog to this clinic for about 13 years now. I've always felt more like a friend than just a client with money. I was a little skeptical when Walled Lake Animal Clinic bought it after my vet retired. Front staff are still the same, and they are amazing. My dog is 14.5 years old, and he's been going since 2008. The two new women are wonderful. We've been going back and forth a bit about a spot on my dog's shoulder. He seems great and is still my silly little monster. Their prices might be a bit higher than other offices around, but with their gentle, caring nature and their love for animals, I'm willing to spend the extra money. Our kitty was sick and not feeling well. Dr Herman and her team took our phone calls to answer questions and got us emergency appointments on short notice. This clinic took the time to address our concerns. They took their time to talk with us and came up with a treatment plan. We did not feel rushed. When it was time to say goodbye to our Koda Dr Herman was kind enough to make a visit to the house so we didn't have to upset and move our kitty. Thank you Dr Herman for your dedication, compassion, and expertise. You provided invaluable care to our Koda so we could spend more time with her.
