South Forsyth Animal Hospital

We LOVE South Forsyth Animal Hospital! They take great care of our cats and Great Dane. They’ve been with us through sickness with elderly pets and taking care of new kittens and a puppy. Everyone provides wonderful, personal, caring service with knowledge and excellence.

Dr. Hillier is awesome. In the 12 years we have taken our dog there, she is always thorough, knowledgable and really great with the animals. The whole staff is friendly and wonderful as well.

South Forsyth Animal Hospital is the very best vet! They have the best doctors: Dr. Cheryl O'Neal, Dr. Lisa Hillier, and Dr. Miranda Merz are so wonderful. I've been to many a vet (and in my opinion) this is the best vet that I've ever taken my pets to in my lifetime. The wonderful doctors and phenomenal staff were able to save my beautiful sweet Cavi's life a few years ago when she had eaten part of a toy and required stomach surgery. Especially Dr Mers who saved her life. My always sweet dog's name is Belle. Such a great vet practice! First off, the dynamic team consisting of Rachel and Alexis are both so amazing and exude the most excellent customer service. They are always such a wonderful breath of fresh air to deal with. Will be changing vets asap. Brought my lab in for a flu booster (3 weeks after his annual physical visit and first flu shot). Was informed that I must pay for a second physical exam, even though I had just paid for the same physical exam visit 3 weeks prior. I've spent thousands of dollars at this vet over the years, and just happened to pay attention to line items this time. Pay attention folks! Feels very unethical in my opinion.

Our rescue puppy unexpectedly came down with a serious eye infection on a Sunday night. We reached out first thing Monday morning and SFAH was able to fit us in within an hour or so. They tried value-appropriate treatment until it was clear our fur-baby needed extra special love (cost) with IV treatments. They had options for our furbaby's care and reached out for advice from other clinics that specialized in eye care, all during an impending ice storm. They were calm, communicative and detailed in their discussion of the condition and treatment options. Overall, a stellar experience, highly recommend
