Though I'm so bad with names I would like to thank Dr. Mathias, Julie, Mark, Maria and the rest of the staff for always keeping me calm and updated when it comes to my four legged kids. My Baby had eye surgery and being that shes my only daughter she means the world to me. This pet hospital always has team players . You can just feel the great vibe they have for your pets and the parents. I have talked to other pet parents and they have told me that they always feel welcomed and its true. They truly have a huge heart . My heart goes out to all the staff, thank you .

Way better my last 2 experiences than my first. There's one vet who's really good and will address all your questions and concerns. They have a tendency of itemizing extra charges that you don't know if it's best for your fur baby. But least they give you make sure you know you can say no to anything. Overall, they're better at starting small and working towards more services = money. Because they have the vet with glasses, I've improved the rating. For the cost, id say it's worth checking them out but user experience may vary. My first visit: Decent vet. Don't get to interact with doctors much. All thru nurses.value is there, just a bit of on your own scenarios

I’ve taken my previous rabbit here back when they had another doctor. This time, it was a new vet whom I’ve never met. The whole ordeal took 2 hours from the time I checked in to the time I left. I’m not upset with the duration, I’m upset with the staff and how my bunny and I were treated. The vet came in and asked me a few questions and started talking about her stomach. After several minutes, he left and a nurse came in and took her without telling me where she was taking her. I asked then she responded with “to the back where the doctor will examine her.” If I hadn’t said anything, the employee would’ve just taken her without my knowledge. Half an hour later, the same nurse comes back with the bill. She doesn’t say anything to me except hand me the bill. I asked what the diagnosis was

Came back to get my rabbits vaccinated w the Rhdv2 vaccine. I call day before and they quoted me $50 for the annual exam (mandatory annually) + $55 for the vaccine for 1 bunny. At the appointment, they then told me it's not $50 but $72 for the annual exam and didn't seem apologetic about it. They then also tacked on a $6 mandatory hazardous removal fee for the vaccine and offered a treatment but the girl couldn't give me a clear explanation as to what it was except that it's a flea treatment so I opted out of it. If you can't explain what it is, you shouldn't even be putting it on a bill. It cost me almost $300 for 15-20 minutes of work to examine, vaccinate for my 2 rabbits and do a nail trim ($28) for 1 of my rabbit. On April 16 2025 my dog Milly had an emergency c section.two weeks later was told she had a hernia so needed a second surgery to correct it. On may 15 2025 she was schedule to get it corrected but unfortunately never did because I know in my heart she was overdosed with anesthesia or was left with anesthesia for a period of time since they had other dogs having surgery that day. The red flags were the lies front desk told me they were finishing up with her when she never had a surgery because they were riving her from what the dr said they revived her really fast but when I saw her she suffered so much brain damage I asked dr did you put to much anesthetic he’s like I don’t know then false hope that she will get better my baby suffered for 2 days and dr said she could stay here since she l
