South Beach Pet Spa and Grooming

I really dislike writing negative reviews especially for small businesses but this is a warning to any pet owner of a double-coat breed. Unfortunately this groomer does not know what a double coat is nor how to groom it. We brought our Aussie in for a sanitary trim and clearly explained not to touch the top of his coat (his back) and showed a photo of a neatly groomed Aussie. Our dog was nearly shaved, they confirmed in a phone call they did use clippers on his back, and kept saying they “just followed the picture” as the justification for why they nearly shaved him. The team was lovely and apologetic for not having the baseline knowledge about a double coated dog, but unfortunately an apology cannot make my dogs top coat grow back. They did a wonderful job with our two furry babies- a golden doodle and shih tzu.. our golden doodle looked like a stuffed animal!!

My Yorkie-Poo Clancy has never looked so GOOD! Thank you for taking the best care of my fur baby. When I picked him up his haircut was perfect and I could tell the quality of service was top notch. Definitely the best place in Miami Beach for dog grooming.
