I loved this place until I brought my cat here . She was sick. Had them run panels to see what was making her sick and loose weight. I told them I wanted a wormer to take home AFTER HER RESULTS CAME BACK! The doctor, I believe he is of Eastern Indian decent , my apologies but it’s been years and I don’t remember his name . I don’t want to confuse him with the other vets. He gave my baby the wormer before getting her labs back. She died right before he called me early in the morning to tell me it was anemia. Her red blood cell count was down. Your blood cells carry your oxygen throughout your body. Dewormer is a Poisin and should never be given to a sick animal. We have never been back there. I really loved this vet hospital before. But that was a stupid first year veterinary medicine

Tha place is very clean, and the equipment is very updated. YADIRA is part of the team in the clinic and she has a lot of knowledge about the pets. She is very professional. Also Veterinary doctors are very great and compassionate. I have been customer for 7 years

We have been at Southbay Vet for ten years, but our past visit was the best yet with Nurse Neva. Our dog was very anxious and she took the time to sit down with her, talking gently and letting her warm up. It always makes me feel better when I know the nurse cares just as much about our dog as we do. Thank you, Neva!

The staff are very nice, caring, and attentive to your pets needs. Dr. Jo listens and treats your pet with kindness and she’ll explain the recommendations until you are comfortable and understand thoroughly. No pressure to accept all the recommended procedures and or medications.

Pt.2 the RVT Dean (Isaac) a very pacific person, so smart, so caring. He will try to make you feel included wherever you’re around him (once he asked me to help him to carry a patient to a kennel after a surgery, he could perfectly do it by himself but he wanted me to have that experience lol) but that’s Dean Domodin 😂❤️ Last but not less; Nery; the wonderful lady at the front desk, Nery has such a perfect way of addressing customers in person and over the phone. If you struggle to talk, she’s the girl to shadow during the journey, even the tone of her voice is so gentle.💕 That’s my personal experience at South Bay and I would do it again any day. Days went by so fast, and I will carry these people and this place in my heart. It’s so easy to be grateful when you got so many good memories
