Avery at SoulDog does an amazing job every single time with our poodle, Ollie! We first discovered SoulDog at a pet expo shortly after adopting Ollie from the Humane Society. My boyfriend and I are newer to the area, and I had no idea which groomers were good around here. While chatting with Avery at the expo, we found out she was actually the one who groomed Ollie when he first arrived at the shelter in really rough shape. That was all I needed to hear—I instantly knew she’d be perfect for our baby, and you can tell Ollie trusts her completely. What a great place! Conveniently located in Dubuque, SoulDog is a bright, clean cheery space run by 2 women who really know how to give your pups the care and attention they deserve. Today I took a 40 pound 5 month old bernedoodle for her first professional bath and blow dry. Avery was wonderful with the puppy - patient, gentle yet thorough. Her calm reassuring manner meant my dog had a great first experience and wow! She looks amazing!

We absolutely love Soul Dog! Avery is so great with our fluffy marshmallow Copper. He comes home groomed perfectly and smelling so good! This salon is such a great addition to our North End and they are so giving with their services to those in need. You can tell how passionate they are with the services they provide 🐾🩷 I make sure to recommend them to anyone I know!
