Somerville Animal Hospital

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Somerville Animal Hospital. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and the level of communication was poor. I left feeling unheard and unsure whether my pet received the level of care I expected. When you trust someone with your animal, you expect compassion, transparency, and thorough attention. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I felt rushed and dismissed, and I did not feel that my pet’s well-being was the top priority. I would encourage others to ask detailed questions and advocate strongly for their pets if they choose to use this clinic.

This was my first visit with my kitten. The veterinary technicians knew just how to handle my kitten to minimize stress. The vet was very thorough and professional. She took care of all my kitten's needs at the time. We needed another appointment and were able to make that appointment very easily. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. It is a 45 minute drive for me to get there but it is worth it. Also the cost of caring for my pet was very reasonable. This will be my vet my kitten. I highly recommend this practice for all animals.

Bo loved Dr. Daniel and all the staff at Somerville Animal Hospital. They are always so accommodating to Bo and the anxiousness he has. I feel so lucky he has such a wonderful Doctor and staff to make certain he’s in great health.

We have been taking our dog to Somerville Animal Hospital for over four years. When we took our dog in the other day, we were impressed by the concern and compassion shown to us and our dog by Dr. Weatherly and his staff. Dr. Weatherly and his staff are always professional and attentive to our needs and we are deeply appreciative.

As bad as that day was, we had to put mom's dog down, they were so caring and compassionate. They are such a great hospital. Thank you everyone involved in that sad day, and taking care of mom.
