SOGGY DOGGY PET SPA

I used this place three times before I came for a pre set appointment and the owner was confused that I was there - to the point of being rude. She called me and apologized for putting me down in her books a different day. I understood these things happen, but I was least. The next time she told me I could come the next day, but she was confused about why the appointment before the time she told me to come was booked by the same man before the time I should come. This was 9am. I offered her to call me back when she found out. At1PM I called her since I had not heard back, and she said the man finally “a blood” called her and said he had three dogs, not one, and could I schedule for next week. I didn’t trust again and told her thx find another place. Any suggestions for grooming other tha

First time visit, asked for "traditional doodle cut" which from my experience from other groomers was .. fresh, fluffy face, short body, and fresh fluffy tail.. not happy at all. His surgery shave looks better than the $72 we spent to get him fresh and cute for HIS surgery. So disappointed . And to top it off the helper lady was very rude and negative. Husband said the owner was nice though.

First time visiting today. Partially blind and deaf mini Aussie. The experience was more than I expected. When I walked out, I felt 100% better than when I went in. She looks amazing. Next to go is her momma, which is also deaf. THANK YOU very much!!!

I should call the bbb and report these people for animal abuse. Look what she did to my poor baby!!! I merely asked a couple of questions, and they said to me.. "want to do this yourself?

Totally disappointed 😢😡 What you did to my Aunts toy Yorkie, who had long beautiful hair is so chopped up there’s not one place on her body that is even she had long hair that was to the ground and now her hair is so uneven her hair is not even a quarter inch long in some spots and you burnt her belly with a razor. It looks like a kindergarten cut her hair My advice is to go somewhere else or have a blind person cut your dogs hair And then you tried to blame it on her hair being matted that’s why they make Detangler conditioner to work through it When doing a dog with long hair always call the owner before making a decision to cut hair like you did with her You said that we could bring her back to even her hair cut so why didn’t you just do it right the first time?
