Tracy came over to take care of my two kitties while I was away on vacation. Before we left, I let her know that it was uncertain exactly when we were coming back and she was so amazingly flexible and took perfect care of the cats for almost a full month. She sent pics/updates every single day and really cared about bonding with them. Great communication! She even let me know when our AC was leaking and tended to it for us. I plan to use SoFlo from here on out for my cats and dog! 10/10 recommend!
Tracy is the best! She treats my doggy like if it were her own. She’s reliable, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I’ve left my girl in the safety of her hands for a few days, overnight, day care and drop-ins. I’m very fortunate I found her!
