AMAZING. This was our first time boarding with Snug as a Pug and we were so beyond pleased. Ericka is so nice and professional, her building is well signed and not too far from town, we had open communication the entire time we were gone, and LOVED the Facebook posts and picture updates of our fur baby. Timber had a great time and even made some friends along the way! We will definitely be using Snug as a Pug again whenever we plan to travel!

Snug as a Pug is the best! Erika treats your pup like family. We got daily updates of our little Tikka sent via text where we saw her playing with other dogs, playing fetch, going on walks, and even snuggling to watch a movie! When we brought her home, Snug as a Pug sent her with a "doggie bag" full of treats and a new toy along with a hand written thank you note. We can't wait to bring her back when we take our next vacation because we know she is taken care of. Truly a wonderful addition to the small businesses in the Jamestown area.
