Snooty Pets

On 2/13/2026 I took my dog to get a routine groom. The groomer injured my pet by cutting off one of her dew claws entirely. At the vet it was noticed that part of her paw pad was cut off as well!!!!!! This has been very traumatic for my 12 year old dog and myself. The situation was handled poorly and I have not been contacted by the owner as I’ve requested. I received a text saying she was ready for pick up then they stated they had left me a voicemail about the incident. THEY DID NOT. As a client I would expect some follow up as my pet has not even been able to put weight on that leg. I do not recommend due to the lack of concern. They told me they wouldn’t be charging me for the service, they didn’t even finish the cut! That’s no consolation to refrain from charging me for a haircut that

I've been coming here for years for my dogs birthday cakes, and it shrunk in size this year for $5 more (now $25) 😔 I don't want to say they lost their touch because the cakes still look adorable, but I think I'll need to learn how to make it myself moving forward or find another pet store. The lady that helped me wasn't very hospitable at all, she hardly made eye contact which made me feel invisible- so that's what contributes to these 3 stars. Nonetheless, they still have good merch, and treats for the fur babies! Happy Journeys ✌️

I have two standard poodles and finally found a grooming place that I highly recommend and I trust with my babies. They do absolutely amazing and they are professional and have great communication.

I love this place - have been coming for ages with my older dog that has since passed away, and now I get to come here with my puppy, Hugo. They are so kind and understanding, and make sure your dog has an stress-free experience. My groomer treated Hugo like a little prince, and I feel 100% confident that my dog is in the best hands!!
