SNIFF Seattle Dog Walkers

We love the person who walks my dog, they are reliable, timely, and follow directions. The interface to schedule walks is ok but it’s easier to coordinate with the point of contact. If I adjust walks, they’re not addressed until the last minute but it seems to be working out fine. The app isn’t as engaging as others as far as tracking walks and updates. I was back ordered for a QR code for specific check in and check out times and it took about a year.

Initially, I had a great experience with my meet & greet as well as my first walker. He was prompt, communicative, thorough and I could tell he really enjoyed spending time with my dogs. Unfortunately, when he left Sniff the service to follow was not consistent with my initial impression. After the next walker left my dog unsupervised during a walk to eat something he shouldn't, cleaned up a #2 accident with my bath towel and left it on the floor and THEN entered my home without my permission after I had cancelled the service, I am out.

I would call them "OK" as dog walkers, but as dog photographers they're fantastic. As dog walkers: 1) on multiple occasions we've had no walker show up on days they were scheduled OR had a walker show up on days we'd confirmed cancellations for days prior 2) one of their walkers faked walking our dog and sat on our couch eating chips instead (we caught them on our Furbo) 3) they show up at times that swing unpredictably between 11AM and 4PM 4) we cancelled a walk recently and were not told that we'd still be charged for it until after we were billed for it (they have a cancellation policy but neglected to mention it when we cancelled the walk..) On the plus side - they are very flexible and can often accommodate if you need to add or change walks, which we appreciate very much. I just wis

Been with them since fall after switching from Waggn Tails. Been really happy. Found them friendly and kind to both my family and our dog. Our dog is a puppy and I found that aggressiveness from our former walker so stressful, we saw it in person and on our home security cameras. Thus far , so happy we found them and they have been great with our schedule, thank you guys, we appreciate you !!!!!

Sniff has been wonderfully responsive to our frequent schedule changes, 7 days a week. That really makes a difference for us. What can we say about Marissa, Tessa's dog walker. She is Tessa's favorite walker and dotes on her. We feel absolutely confident in her when she takes Tessa out. Marissa is communicative, friendly and responsible. Thankyou!
