Dr. Smith, Dr. Price and the entire staff are wonderful. They are very caring and treat your fur babies like their own. They answer all your questions with knowledge and if they don't know, they find out the answer for you. My Bella had a chronic ear infection and they helped us make it go away. They helped us when she was diagnosed with cancer; they answered all questions.

upset customer. I had a Ferrell cat in your office for an ear infection. got meds (4 drops ea ear for 10 days) ✔️ DONE Still having the issue called to get another round of medication. I reception said get the pharmacy app and name of meds that she would send me the links. waited 2 days NO REPLY or LINKs. so I called again to get more medication. this receptionist said I'd have to bring the cat back in to get a refill. WHAT = cost me over 180.00 for a Ferrell cat, now they want another 180.00 . this is a terrible way to do business. while the cat is still miserable with ears itching and draining . 😫 I guess I should have gone to someone who cares more about the animal then profits. Maybe, just maybe this is how you open up a second site to suck money out of clients.

I had a great experience here. I have a puppy who did not have an established vet yet at the time. She got very ill pretty suddenly and I needed to find someone to get her in same day. After calling several different places who could not get her in that day either because she was not established there, or they had no openings, we were referred here and were able to get her in within a few hours. It was the day before Thanksgiving, so I was incredibly thankful to find anyone to be able to get her in under these circumstances. It turned out she had pyometra, a stomach infection, and hook worms. The small animal vet/staff spent that day, Thanksgiving day, and the entire following weekend diagnosing, treating, giving her an emergency surgery, and follow up care.
