Smiley Veterinary Clinic

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Smiley since he first opened in Auburn, many years ago. I would never take them anywhere else. He is a kind and gentle man and obviously loves animals. I love the fact that he makes house calls. I can get all my dogs done at one time. Thank You Dr Smiley for the many years of care you have provided.

Just called Smiley's to schedule an appointment for one of our cats, but was on the phone so I couldn't take the call. Smiley's left a voicemail that I was less than pleased with. She sounded very salty and sassy because we took our cat to a different veterinarian in the past. Mind you, would you go to a different clinic if they could see you sooner? We never told them we were leaving but according to smiley vet, you're not allowed to go to any other vet but them. The saved voice message reads as follows "unfortunately it's our understanding that you switched to another vet" and " hopefully the vet that you switched to can take care of that cut, alrighty bye bye" She had a vindictive tone as if she got broken up with. We have been bringing our pets to Dr. Smiley for years now. I know my pets are in good hands here. This is a small family run business with a real down home feel and exceptional service. I would highly recommend.

I started going here when my brother moved to NH and told me about them. With all the vets around me near boston MA, I still chose to go to Smiley. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and much better prices. They are also very honest and dont tell you that you need blood work, tests, this and that for every little thing just to get more money out of you. My dog has one lump on the back of each hind leg which they looked at and said not to worry about. One day i had to bring her to another vet because she was in pain and Smiley was on vacation. The other vet i brought her to said one looked fine the other looked concerning and tried to get me to do all kinds of tests, even blood work and tests for her pain. Dr. Smiley has been my veterinarian since he opened his practice in Auburn, NH. Yesterday was my pets, [3 dogs] first visit to his Londonderry office. I like the new office, lots of room, bright and more accommodating. Looking forward to many more years with Dr. Smiley as my vet. I am posting a picture of my Grizzly Bear letting the doctor clip his nails. Grizz will not let me touch his front paws ever, without a terrible struggle.
