Smarty Paws Dog Training

Chloe is a 4 months old miniature dachshund and a full of energy dog. Valerie was great with her, with simple commands we were able to change some bad behaviors and we started crate training. Chloe and us had fun while learning from Valerie. We really recommend Smarty Paws Dog Training as it improved our relationship with our pet.

I highly recommend Valerie and Smarty Paws for training. I adopted a ~2 year old big pup Reggie who was a stray. He had zero house manners, pulled on the leash, and was very reactive to people and other dogs on a leash. Valerie was incredible with him, and taught me how to curb unwanted behaviors indoors and outside. Reggie has drastically improved on walks now, behaves so much better indoors, and knows several commands that have been so helpful to both of us (such as ‘leave it’ with frogs and ‘drop it’ when he picked up the largest cicada I’ve ever seen). One night towards the end of his training when I was walking him back inside, his leash unclipped before I got the door closed and he took off full speed.
