My dog and I are OBSESSED with Cheryl!!! I took my dog to her to spruce up on obedience training and to clear up some fear aggression issues that were developing at the ripe old age of four years old. I had a couple private lessons with her to begin with. We then moved on to the beginning companion class (which we graduated) and found ourselves eager to start the next series because of the promising progress that we saw in my dog. We are just a few weeks in to the advanced companion class and are looking forward to ongoing classes. We hope to make it into the agility classes at some point… Probably just for fun and not for competition. My husband and I have been going to Smart Paws Academy for almost 2 1/2 yrs now passing Beginner and Advanced Companion Obedience, CGC and Agility with both of our rescue pups. We love it! We love Cheryl! She is a wealth of knowledge and makes herself available for all your questions. We truly appreciate her and how affordable her classes are. She truly has a heart for growing the bond and companionship between human and dog. We highly recommend her.

Cheryl is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone! My 5 year old Staffordshire Terrier and I just finished some refresh lessons through the beginning obedience class and I am already seeing such fantastic results. He is more confident and I am so much less frustrated when we go for walks. Will for sure go back for the advanced obedience training soon.

Cheryl is a true professional. She is very well versed in training people to work with their dogs. We have learned so much and will recommend her in the furture.

Cheryl is very knowledgeable and every class is packed full with as much information as I can take in during each one hour class. Her DVD & manual, included with the class, are also full of useful information. I highly recommend Smart Paws Academy for your dog training needs.
