SkyDance Pet Lodge

Sky dance is a nice place and my dog enjoyed his time… HOWEVER. They have/had kennel cough when my dog was there for 6 days. Nobody told us when we dropped him off, or when we picked him up. When we called to tell them they said “we’ll mark him as one that has it. It’s a very common thing, it’s always going around” I’m sorry, but my dog will not be going back. This was his first time being boarded in his entire life and unfortunately our experience was ruined. Your staff needs to inform paying customers if their animals are in contact with another dog with kennel cough… let’s keep the dogs safe instead of being money hungry. I would also like to add; I know I have to sign a waiver and kennel cough is always a possibility. Im not mad he has has kennel cough. Im mad the staff didn’t tell me

I love staying at SkyDance. The people there are friendly and we give each other lots of kisses. Mom & Dad usually take me there about once a month, at least for daycare, and in spring, for a long vacation with my pals. My only suggestion for improvement is hire more groomers. I enjoy their baths but sometimes I can't get one because they are short of help. Until next time, love you guys! Truman

The staff at the Dousman location (we always go there) always go way above and beyond! They always have a friendly word for us parents and make Lucy feel beyond loved! Lucy would love to move to Skydance and live. The staff reaches out if there are issues and have an solution to the issue when they call. I recommend Skydance to any other pet parent that I meet! I know the owners are doing something right with their business plan as they have so many long time employees!

Our dog is extremely human-reactive and dog-reactive…he hasn’t been able to be touched by (or really get within 5 feet of) anyone other than our immediate family for years. This has made traveling super difficult, as we have never found somewhere that offers no-contact boarding…until SkyDance! They were able to maintain 100% no contact with our dog and care for him perfectly for our 6 day vacation. At pick up he was happy, calm, and adjusted really well to being back home. Our other non-reactive dog was also able to be well cared for, snuggled, engage in play groups, and have a great time. Great place! Dogs love it and they come home tired! Love that they can have a birthday party for their birthdays! Love for sleepovers they are not in crates and are let out end of the night later than most other places. Super friendly and feel comfortable with leaving our dogs there!
